Computer recycling pickup in Everett, Marysville and beyond

We coordinate qualifying business pickups in Everett, Marysville, Arlington, Lynnwood, Mukilteo and Lake Stevens. Offices, schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits and IT teams can request help with equipment refreshes, storage-room cleanouts and office moves.

For projects with equipment at more than one site, list each address and its equipment separately. Include loading access and building hours so we can confirm collection arrangements and pricing for each stop.

Equipment and data security

We accept computers, laptops, servers, monitors, printers, phones, tablets, switches, network equipment, cables and related IT assets. See our accepted materials guide for item-specific preparation and fees. Tell us about batteries, large copiers or unusual equipment before collection.

For data-bearing devices, request IT asset disposition, data wiping or physical destruction, certificates of destruction and serialized reporting as needed. Confirm the required method and documentation before pickup; these services may affect your quote.

Pickup eligibility and pricing

Pickup is intended for business quantities of equipment. Eligibility and any charges depend on item type, quantity, location, access and data-destruction requirements. Large quantities of computers may qualify for complimentary pickup; we confirm this after reviewing your request. Free acceptance of an item does not automatically mean free transport or certificates.

Planning a Snohomish County equipment cleanout

Start with an approximate inventory of computers, monitors, printers and network hardware. Identify servers and storage devices that need documented destruction. Tell us whether devices are boxed, palletized or still installed, and whether building management requires a delivery window.

1PC has a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate and ramp for larger loads. Let us know about restricted truck access when requesting service. Pickup dates and loading arrangements are confirmed individually.

What to include in your request

• Your organization, pickup city and county, and site address.
• Equipment types and approximate quantities, with photos if available.
• Stairs, elevators, loading docks, parking or other access requirements.
• Preferred timing and any deadline for an office move or equipment refresh.
• Drives requiring wiping or destruction, plus certificates or asset reports you need.

Back up anything you need to keep and tell us about activation locks or special handling requirements. Keep devices intended for destruction separate and clearly identified.
