Considerations before bringing it
Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and account labels you want to keep.
Data and privacy prep
Deactivate service, remove SIM cards, and factory reset the device if possible. The device may retain Wi-Fi names or cellular account details.
Best way to bring it to us
Bring hotspots with batteries installed unless swollen or damaged. Chargers can be recycled with them.
What happens after drop-off
Devices are sorted for reuse, battery handling, data reset, and responsible recycling.
