Considerations before bringing it
Bring the tower without the original box. Remove CDs, DVDs, loose USB drives, and accessories you want to keep.
Data and privacy prep
Back up files first. 1PC can sanitize or physically destroy internal drives; ask during drop-off if you need a certificate or serialized documentation.
Best way to bring it to us
Power cords and peripherals are accepted separately if you want them recycled too.
What happens after drop-off
Equipment is evaluated for reuse, data-bearing media handling, parts recovery, and certified downstream recycling.
